Forecast Spey rod blanks feature a highly technical blend of Intermediate
Modulus High Strain Rate RX7 graphite and Standard Modulus / High Strain Rate
RX6 graphite. This unique graphite blend produces a medium fast Spey blank that
is light and strong. Now you can build up a Spey rod without spending a fortune
on the blank portion.
Features: Unique blend of RX7 Intermediate Modulus
(43 million), High Strain Rate graphite and RX6 Standard Modulus (33 million).
HI Strain Rate graphite to achieve desired action without having the blanks
weigh too much. Medium-Fast actions. Light overall weight. Best value in

Kit contains: Blank, Super grade
cork fly grip with inlet, Forecast RA8 up locking reel seat, assorted winding
checks. All necessary stripping and snake guides for you blank as
well as tip top, hook keeper, 2 spools of thread.
Optional Finishing Kit. The rod finishing kits are now
optional. We offer two different finishing kits one from Flex Coat and one
using Gudebrod glue, and finish. Don't one either you can have 2 spools of
100 yard spools of Gudebrod thread FREE.
